Here you will learn on how to forward your email address to a different account. This is a great function if you want to in case you are going on a vacation and need an assistant or coworker to still respond to your emails.
- Click on settings icon (top right corner)
It will probably send you a verification code to the email address being forwarded to. Put that verification code into the box in the email account you are forwarding.
The last step is to make sure the forwarding is Enabled. Go to the Forwarding/ POP IMAP tab again and make sure that it is selected. Choose how you want the inbox to deal with email (leave email in the inbox, archive it, mark as unread, etc ... this only applies to the email address being forwarded out of, not to the email address being forwarded to).
