TRID Guidelines Changes - Effective 10/3/15

Overview

Information on the TRID changes going into effect 10/3/2015. This will impact how lenders do business. And, agents need to be armed with this information, to be consultants for their clients.

Highlights:

2. Under the new TRID guidelines, lenders and settlement agents ARE NOT allowed to provide the Buyer's Realtor a copy of the Closing Disclosure without written authorization from the borrower. It is important to find out if the lender can get this form signed upfront.
